Does anyone know where to get partial flash files?

Wots the difference between partical and full flash

i think thats when like half of the full text message just flashes and the other half doesn't

Partial flash files are used to unlock a phone.When a partial is flashed to a phone ,it only changes information in the sp block only.It can only be used for repairing a badly unlocked phone(depends on type of damage)
