how can you change and edit song liek putting different backing music in different effoects etc etc

alos how do you turn music into script is it with all th notes written down on like manuscript

is there anyway of doing this

Goldwave might be a good package to start using, I believe you can do that sort of thing with it. Not used it a while so can't be sure
