connect your phone to the pc via the cable you braught...

    switch the handset on...

on rolis nokia tool click on the little "ladybird" button - this button is also known as "auto setup"

ladybirds a bug if u dint know... little red wiv blak dots...

rolis will automaticaly start to scan your comports and will tell u when and what port its detected a handset on...

NB: if you have nokia data / pc suite installed u will have to shut it dwn by ending its processes in the background as they will hold the comport and rolis will jsut return "comport in use"

You need an mbus cable, not fbus for unlock.
  9. SchrodingersCat New Member

use logomanager to check the connection, and then under options, change the connection between fbus and mbus to see if your cable is a fbus/mbus cable.
